We are excited to share the great news that we are open! We are following Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) guidelines and doing everything it takes to keep you and our staff safe. Keeping staff and customers safe is the number-one priority for our business. We strongly believe in using personal protective equipment, physical barriers, physical distancing, appropriate cleaning and disinfection procedures. We also believe protocols and guidelines described below can help us minimize COVID-19 transmission in our workplace and our community. We ask you, our dear customers to follow them on your upcoming appointments.

Wearing a mask is optional, however if you are sick or have other symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home. If you have a temperature, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, stay home. In any of these cases, reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you arrive later than 10 minutes or you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be responsible to pay for your said appointment before you are able to re-schedule another one.

We ask that you please wash your hands when you enter and before you leave the Spa. We will do our best to keep the Spa as clean and sanitized as possible. As much as possible, we ask you to maintain a distance of at least six feet from other clients and other employees when walking through the Spa. There won’t be any newspaper, magazines or drinks provided at the Spa. Also, hand massage will be eliminated after manicure services. As much as we love you and miss you, we will not be hugging you or getting closer to you than it is necessary. We will continue to keep the Spa touch free as much as possible. We will continue our standards of using disposable pedicure kits, disposable manicure kits, disposable slippers, disposable pedicure liners as well as providing physical barriers besides extra cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing.

 

We also encourage you to use touch-less payment options such as Venmo or Apple.
